Qualifications and Experience:

  • Have a minimum of 5 months of part-time teaching experience in the relevant subject and qualification within the last 10 years, obtained in the UK.
  • Alternatively, consider applicants with assessment experience with a recognized UK exam board within the last 5 years, relevant to the specific qualification and subject being assessed.

Specific Requirements for 8CN0/02:

For this particular qualification, you will be required to mark questions related to Chinese literary texts and films. Familiarity with these texts and films is essential. Comprehensive support will be provided during training and throughout the exam series to guide you in marking responses effectively.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading both Simplified and Traditional Chinese characters.
  • Fluency in either Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate student responses accurately.
