Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our children's residential homes
- Support children and young people with special educational needs, disabilities, and social/emotional challenges
- Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our care services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
