Job Title: Drainage Design Team Leader

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Drainage Design Team Leader to join our Transportation team at our Design Office in Salford, Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals to deliver a portfolio of projects, ensuring they meet established standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing fee estimates and programmes from client briefing statements.
  • Leading the team through technically challenging projects and/or solutions.
  • Ensuring latest design standards and lessons learnt are applied to projects and risk management is undertaken in relation to project delivery.
  • Building strong relationships with all clients (internal and external) and stakeholders to continue building on the current reputation.

Requirements:

  • Chartered/Incorporated Engineer
  • Civil Engineering degree - or a similar combination of qualifications and/or experience
  • Experience in a similar role and successfully leading teams
  • Project management qualification and/or experience
