Job Title: Head of Digital Sales

About the Role:

The Head of Digital Sales will be a key member of the senior leadership team at Zachary Daniels Recruitment, responsible for driving online sales growth and optimisation across both direct channels and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Digital Team: Oversee the digital team, comprising B2B and B2C channels, as they navigate the next stage of growth. Identify the digital roadmap and coach the team through this process.
  2. Owning the Digital P&L: Take ownership of the digital profit and loss statement, ensuring growth against budget, performance, and other key metrics.
  3. Customer Journey Optimisation: Review the online customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve and optimise the user experience.
  4. Relationship Building: Foster excellent relationships both internally and externally, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  5. Digital Revenue Streams: Maximise income by reviewing all digital revenue streams and identifying opportunities for growth.
  6. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop a strong marketing plan, incorporating SEO, PPC, email, affiliates, and social media strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Circa five years of experience operating at a similar level, with a proven track record of scaling and growing online channels.
  2. Digital Savviness: Strong digital trading experience and a passion for online trading.
