Job Title: Head of Digital Sales
About the Role:
The Head of Digital Sales will be a key member of the senior leadership team at Zachary Daniels Recruitment, responsible for driving online sales growth and optimisation across both direct channels and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Digital Team: Oversee the digital team, comprising B2B and B2C channels, as they navigate the next stage of growth. Identify the digital roadmap and coach the team through this process.
- Owning the Digital P&L: Take ownership of the digital profit and loss statement, ensuring growth against budget, performance, and other key metrics.
- Customer Journey Optimisation: Review the online customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve and optimise the user experience.
- Relationship Building: Foster excellent relationships both internally and externally, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Digital Revenue Streams: Maximise income by reviewing all digital revenue streams and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop a strong marketing plan, incorporating SEO, PPC, email, affiliates, and social media strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Circa five years of experience operating at a similar level, with a proven track record of scaling and growing online channels.
- Digital Savviness: Strong digital trading experience and a passion for online trading.
