Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the site team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including financial reports, invoices, and other documents.
- Process transactions, including payments and receipts, and reconcile cash and cheques on a daily basis.
- Support the site team with induction management, workplace support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors, providing a positive and memorable experience.
- Allocate room keys and manage day-to-day catering requests.
- Produce accurate bills within set deadlines, ensuring all mess members receive their bill on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the client, finance, and services manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure, with a strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a can-do attitude and complete customer focus.
- Previous experience of transaction processing in an accounts environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Well-organized with a strong ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
