Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to provide person-centered support and care to service users.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service provision and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, such as an NVQ Level 3 or 4.
  • Have a minimum of [insert experience] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
