Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Summary:

Safran Seats GB is a leading manufacturer of aircraft seating systems, and we are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the product lifecycle quality assurance process through the complete manufacturing process.
  • Ensure that processes and procedures are in place and adhered to in relation to product quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capitalizing on factual data and feedback.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties consistent with the overall purpose of the position.

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship level or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.
  • Sound engineering / quality background, with experience of Quality inspection within a manufacturing / engineering industry.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Competent / Confident communicator.
  • Good knowledge of measuring equipment.
  • Good understanding of engineering drawings.
