Position Overview

Location: Hybrid/UK

Reporting directly to the Head of Regional Marketing NGP Europe, this role is pivotal in steering the Brand, Portfolio, and Activation strategies across the European market. The successful candidate will ensure performance management through collaborative efforts with Cluster Heads of Consumer Marketing, EVP category, and various functions within the EU region. This position is also essential for establishing and nurturing two new categories within the EU Region while formulating guidelines and best practices for market expansion.

The role requires close collaboration with Clusters, EVP category, and other regional functions to ensure alignment and support for the brand and Activation strategies.

As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive global FMCG organization, backed by a workforce of 25,000 dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the EU EVP Go-To-Market Strategy, ensuring effective implementation and execution aligned with a repeatable Brand & Customer Experience Strategy. Achieve P&L targets based on a centrally directed EVP strategy, ensuring it is effectively integrated within the markets while maintaining a consumer-centric approach and aligning with long-term consumer goals. Lead strategic, analytical, and operational initiatives that enhance revenue, profitability, and productivity. Collaborate with cluster marketing leaders and central marketing & portfolio management teams to co-develop EVP Portfolio/Brand Strategy. Assist clusters in formulating Business Plans and lead Market Execution Plans by ensuring consumer-focused initiatives that meet Business Plan objectives. Identify and promote best practices to be shared across EVP EU markets.

Required Skills and Experience

Over 8 years of experience in Brand and Activation management roles within a global FMCG environment. Proven Senior Leadership experience in Cluster or Market settings. Demonstrated experience in launching innovative products in various markets. Ability to operate and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while engaging with Senior Stakeholders. Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management capabilities within a complex matrix organization. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to deliver high-quality outcomes.
