About the Role:

As a vital member of Ocado Logistics, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Your role will involve navigating various routes and managing deliveries with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport customer orders to designated locations.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Follow pre-planned route maps to optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.

Contract Details:

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week, including paid breaks. You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, with shifts available in both the AM and PM. Shifts may start as early as 05:30 and can extend until 12:00 midnight.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a weekly pay structure along with various perks, including:

  • Enhanced digital GP services for you and your dependents.
  • Discounts at high street shops and restaurants, including 15% off Ocado.
  • Up to 7% matched pension contributions after three months of service.

Candidate Requirements:

No prior experience is necessary; we welcome individuals with a positive attitude and a full UK or EU driving license. Please note that some deliveries may involve handling alcohol products, so applicants must be over 18 years of age.

Licenses must be current and reflect your full name and home address. We do not accept licenses with more than 6 penalty points or any driving bans within the past 5 years.
