About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled individual to join our team as a Virtual Clinic Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the booking service for Virtual Nephrology clinic patients, maintaining and managing local databases, and providing administrative support to the clinical team.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead on the booking service for Virtual Clinic Nephrology patients from various boroughs.
- Provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the Virtual Clinic services.
- Manage and prioritize workload, liaising closely with other administration staff and management.
- Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants.

Requirements
- A-Levels or equivalent knowledge or experience.
