JOB TITLE: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

LOCATION: Tamworth

HOURS: 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Key Requirements:

Proficient understanding of Preventative Maintenance Protocols.

Strong Diagnostic Skills in both Electrical and Mechanical systems.

Recognized Electrical Certification (17th/18th Edition).

Responsibilities:

  • Organize work priorities and procure necessary materials to accomplish tasks.
  • Ensure that maintenance and repair activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and within designated timeframes.
  • Support colleagues with tasks as needed.
  • Carry out additional related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of building systems, particularly in Industrial Electrical work.
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Competence in identifying issues and determining necessary repairs.
  • Capability to develop maintenance schedules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for generating reports, logs, and inventory management.

Work Schedule:

This position will involve collaboration with night shift teams.

Candidates should be willing to work during weekends as required.
