JOB TITLE: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

LOCATION: Tamworth

HOURS: Day shift 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with potential night shift from Monday to Thursday 4:20 PM - 3:00 AM.

Requirements:

Proficient understanding of Preventative Maintenance Systems.

Strong Fault Finding Skills in both Electrical and Mechanical domains.

Possession of a recognized Electrical qualification (17th/18th Edition).

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Organize work priorities and procure necessary materials to complete assigned tasks.
  • Ensure that maintenance and repair activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and within set timelines.
  • Support team members with their tasks as needed.
  • Carry out additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, particularly in Industrial electrics.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Skill in identifying issues and determining necessary repairs.
  • Capability to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for report generation, logging, and inventory management.

Hours of Work:

This position will involve collaboration with night shift teams.

Candidates should be flexible and prepared to work during weekends as required.
