Sales Negotiator

This is an excellent chance for an experienced sales negotiator or senior sales negotiator/valuer to join a well-established, independent estate agency in the Helston area. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a friendly and family-run firm, offering a competitive OTE of £30-45,000 per annum, depending on the role and candidate, plus benefits and mileage allowance.
The ideal candidate will have some estate agency experience and be flexible in their role. They will be sharp, driven, and have excellent customer service skills, with a smart appearance and a strong team player mentality. This is a great opportunity for career growth and development, with a low staff turnover rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting viewings and negotiating sales
- Booking and conducting property valuations in the Helston and surrounding areas
- Property take-ons (if a valuer)
What We Offer:
- Basic salary of £22-28,000 with realistic earnings in the £30-45,000 range based on basic plus commission
- 8.45am to 5.30pm finish Monday to Friday with Saturdays 9am - 1pm on a rota basis (currently one in three)
