Sales Negotiator

This is an excellent chance for an experienced sales negotiator or senior sales negotiator/valuer to join a well-established, independent estate agency in the Helston area. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a friendly and family-run firm, offering a competitive OTE of £30-45,000 per annum, depending on the role and candidate, plus benefits and mileage allowance.
About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp and driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of the estate agency industry. As a sales negotiator or senior valuer, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting viewings and negotiating sales
- Booking and carrying out property valuations within the Helston and surrounding areas
- Property take-ons (if a valuer)
Our client offers a basic salary of £22-28,000, with realistic earnings in the £30-45,000 range based on basic plus commission. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.30pm, with Saturdays 9am-1pm on a rota basis (currently one in three). We also offer excellent career prospects and the chance to work for a reputable estate agency with a strong presence in the local area.
