Job Title: Legal Secretary

About the Role
The Commercial Real Estate team at a well-known Law Firm in Leeds is seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to provide administrative support. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the team, and providing exceptional support to the fee earners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Real Estate team, including managing diaries, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents, contracts, and other legal papers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the team's knowledge and skills through training and professional development.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology, as well as experience working in a similar role.
