Commercial Real Estate - Senior/Managing Associate

The Role

This is an excellent chance to work with a renowned Commercial Real Estate team in Manchester or Leeds, handling a diverse caseload covering all aspects of real estate transactions.

The firm is internationally recognized for providing legal advice and solutions to a global client base, including some of the world's largest multinationals. Due to the expansion of their Real Estate offering, they are seeking qualified solicitors with 4-7 years of experience to develop and thrive within an exciting, international-focused environment.

The established International real estate team, many of whom are ranked as leading individuals in The Chambers and Legal 500, cover real estate services across various markets, including consumer, energy, and general property matters.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 4-7 years post-qualification experience from a national/international firm
  • Experience of supervising/managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong academic background
  • A passion for business development
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
