At 2 Sisters Food Group, we take pride in our essential role in supporting the nation’s food supply. We are currently seeking a CCTV Compliance Auditor to enhance our team.

Working Hours:

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with a structured shift pattern.

Compensation:

The pay rate for this position is £12.67.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary duty will be to oversee live and reactive CCTV systems, responding appropriately to any breaches in food safety, GMP, or procedural compliance.

  • Alternate hourly between monitoring food safety and GMP adherence via CCTV and conducting physical inspections on the production floor to ensure compliance with site GMP standards.
  • Maintain vigilance during factory breaks, as line clearance and hygiene processes may occur.
  • Keep a detailed log of monitoring activities and any non-compliance incidents.
  • Proactively challenge and support teams when non-compliant practices are identified.
  • Document observations of non-compliance and actions taken in a centralized database.
  • Oversee the adoption of new operational methods or improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of issues or escalate to management when necessary.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of GMP regulations, with the ability to communicate their importance to various stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control is beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Confident in engaging with teams at all levels and proactive in preventing significant GMP violations.
  • Focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Results-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in enhancing technical and food safety standards.
  • Knowledge of auditing processes.
  • Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
