Join Our Team as an Employment Law Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Advisor to join our team at WorkNest. As a key member of our Employment Law team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, legally compliant advice and guidance to our clients.

About the Role

As an Employment Law Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law matters, including employee relations, contracts, and disputes. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

You will also have the opportunity to engage with employee representatives, conduct external client training, and provide guidance to paralegals and trainees in employment law.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a trainee/paralegal or delivering EL & ER advice in other legal or HR settings
  • Strong grasp of current employment law and ability to provide advice in its fundamental aspects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

We offer a competitive salary of up to £47,000 per annum, depending on experience, and an attractive company benefits package, including:
