About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate with a strong background in employment law to join our team in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of employment law and be able to provide comprehensive advice on a range of employment and discrimination law issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day employment advice to clients on employment and discrimination law issues
  • Assist with executive exits, industrial relations, business restructuring, business protection, employment tribunal litigation, and corporate and project support work
  • Work with clients to develop and implement employment strategies and policies
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and regulations
Requirements
  • 2-5 years post-qualifying experience in employment law
  • Strong technical understanding of employment law and excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients
  • Commercial awareness and ability to provide practical advice to clients
