Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at CSL Seqirus in Liverpool. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the operation of the Security operation and Soft Services at our Liverpool sites, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with current regulations, legislation, and organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the security operation across the Liverpool sites through the incumbent Security Sub-contractor, ensuring that all security services are delivered in accordance with current regulations, legislation, and organisational standards.
  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities activities, including the management and support of outsourced services, such as general facilities services, catering, and waste services.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve the performance of outsourced services, ensuring that they meet the current and future operational and legal compliance aspects of the site.
  • Work with key stakeholders, including VP manufacturing and site head, Heads of Primary and Secondary Manufacturing, and the Engineering Leadership team, to ensure that outsourced service provision meets the current and future operational and legal compliance aspects of the site.
  • Manage and support the delivery of the Facilities Management budget, ensuring the operational and cost-effective provision of outsourced services.
  • Collect and monitor data to ensure accurate response to reported problems, elevating cGMP-related issues to the Leadership and Quality stakeholders.
  • Review and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), specifications, and drawings, ensuring that all aspects of facilities services comply with relevant Health and Safety standards, local zoning laws, and GMP regulations.
Requirements
  • Recognised industry Security and Manned guarding Qualification.
  • Minimum Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management industry certification.
  • Proven experience within a Facilities/Security environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skillset.
  • Action and problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive multiple accountabilities simultaneously.
  • Functional knowledge of operating within a GMP regulated environment.
