**Job Summary**
CPI Local is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Unit Manager to lead the Engine Department and drive business growth through Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Private Distributor (PD) networks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure the smooth operation and development of the Engine Department, implementing ongoing plans and policies.
* Develop and manage business plans, ensuring budget expenditures align with these plans.
* Represent the company professionally in interactions with OEMs, PDs, and industry organizations.
* Foster effective collaboration within the Engine Department, aligning with the overall business strategy.
* Manage special projects as requested by senior management.
**Requirements**
* At least 10 years of commercial experience in the engine or related product businesses.
* Excellent command of English; proficiency in French, German, or Italian is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
* Willingness to travel internationally frequently, with extensive travel across Europe and occasional global travel.
