Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and retain volunteers to ensure our unit is equipped to provide first aid services.
  • Oversee the High Wycombe Youth Services unit, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of unit activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with the District Management Team to achieve our vision of 'Everyone who needs it should receive first aid from those around them.'

This role is ideal for someone with management experience who wants to make a difference in their community. A qualified youth leader or willingness to undertake training within 6 months is desirable.
