About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team at T2 Group. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Healthcare Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Health and Social Care sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tendering for contracts and developing proposals
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on funding and incentives available to customers
  • Manage customer accounts, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Confidence and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong listening and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to learn and absorb new information quickly
