Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at QED Legal. As a key member of our Employment Law team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a caseload of employment law cases from initial instruction through to completion
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members
  • Assisting with Modern Slavery Act compliance
  • Playing an integral advisory role with a variety of projects, including restructuring, changing terms and conditions of employment, and large-scale redundancy exercises
  • Providing strategic advice in connection with Boardroom/SMT disputes
  • Providing ad hoc advice on operational HR matters
  • Assisting with data protection compliance
  • Representing clients in employment tribunals
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE)
  • Confident working independently
  • Employment experience
