At Samsung Electronics Perú, we are seeking a highly skilled Campaign and CRM Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing the SEUK CRM calendar with a strong focus on our post-purchase experience and building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Design and implement targeted email, push, SMS, and shop app campaigns to engage customers and drive loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the CRM, Rewards, and Loyalty Lead and Strategy Team to manage the day-to-day email campaign implementation of our CRM loyalty program communications.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the UX team to develop seamless user experiences and consumer journeys that drive loyalty.
Requirements:
  • High knowledge of customer marketing and routes to market.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and creative excellence.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial competence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, a creative problem solver, and resilient.
