About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Automation QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in test automation, optimizing existing frameworks, and coaching an established QA team.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks and technical non-functional testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation testing.
  • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain API testing and cross-browser testing services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Strong Test Automation experience in an Agile environment.
  • Proven experience in building automation frameworks from the ground up.
  • Proficiency in unit, integration, and cross-browser testing.
  • Exceptional knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide teams in test automation.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
