Job Title: Property / Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Carter Jonas. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our mixed property portfolio, including leasing and letting of property, rent reviews, and lease renewals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and minimize risk.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including CDM regulations.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and CDM regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
