Onsite Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Technical Manager to join our team at LiveBuzz. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the onsite registration process for events of all sizes, from conferences to large-scale gatherings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Set up, operate, and break down registration equipment with ease.
- Quickly troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Oversee entrance and queue operations to ensure a smooth flow of attendees.
- Advise clients on best practices to enhance the onsite experience.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in hardware setup and configuration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK and potentially internationally.
