CAD CAM Programmer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CAD CAM Programmer to join our precision engineering team at EMBS Engineering. As a CAD CAM Programmer, you will be responsible for using CAD CAM software proficiently to set, operate, and program multi-axis machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Using CAD CAM software to design and program complex parts for precision industries.
  • Setting, operating, and programming multi-axis machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  • Proving out programs on machines to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Providing support to trainees and operators within the machining department to ensure smooth workflow and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of CAD CAM experience.
  • Proven ability to set, operate, and program CNC machines.
  • Experience working with FeatureCAM, SolidWorks, Fusion360, Gibbs CAM, Mastercam, or similar software.
  • Experience in machining complex parts for precision industries, including Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear, MOD, Oil & Gas, etc.
