Lecturer in ICT

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ICT Lecturer to join our team at London South East Colleges. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment on ICT courses.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students of varying skill levels.
- Develop and implement innovative curricula that meet national best practices and academic performance targets.
- Contribute to the development of the ICT curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Administer courses, contribute to marketing initiatives, and maintain compliance with College policies.
- Participate in quality assurance procedures, including assessment and internal verification.
- Support unemployed adult learners and remove barriers to training.
- PGDE or other level 4+ teaching qualification.
- Relevant English/Literacy qualifications, ideally at level 4.
- Recent experience working with ICT in a workplace, ability to teach basic IT skills.
