ICT Curriculum Developer

About the Role:
London South East Colleges invites applications for an ICT Lecturer to play a pivotal role in planning and delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment on ICT courses.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment on ICT courses.
- Ensure positive student outcomes and meet academic performance targets.
- Contribute to developing the ICT curricula based on national best practice.
- Administer courses, contribute to marketing initiatives, and maintain compliance with College policies.
- Participate in quality assurance procedures, including assessment and internal verification.
- Support unemployed adult learners and remove barriers to training.
Requirements:
- Hold a PGDE or other level 4+ teaching qualification.
- Hold relevant English/Literacy qualifications, ideally at level 4.
- Have recent experience working with ICT in a workplace, ability to teach basic IT skills.
Experience:
- Experience delivering ICT up to Level 3.
Performance Evaluation:
Performance will be evaluated based on indicators such as student feedback, success rate data, observation, inspection reports, attendance data, recruitment, and retention data.
