Job Summary:
The Entertainer is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Tesco Scunthorpe Extra. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-stocked and organized toy department, and promoting our products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store display
- Handling deliveries and replenishing stock
- Price management and maintaining accurate pricing
- Conducting start-of-shift bay checks to ensure pricing, stock gaps, and general standards are met
- Maintaining good communication with colleagues and line managers
- Acknowledging customers in the aisles, making conversation, and encouraging sales using your knowledge of our products
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm or past 7pm to 11pm
- Contracted weekly hours available - 12 hours per week
- Shift patterns and days will vary but will be notified in advance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
