We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at OX Seven Talent Partners R2R. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the roofing supplies sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell a range of roofing products to existing and new customers, including large distributors and small roofing contractors.
- Meet with buyers and roofers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continued growth and loyalty.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the roofing supplies sector and products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident user of CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel extensively across the region to meet with customers and branches.
What We Offer:

Working Arrangements:
This is a largely remote role with the need to base yourself at the branches during the week as required.
