About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Southbourne, Bournemouth. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling two gentlemen and a lady with learning disabilities to live an independent life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities, such as ensuring safe transportation to and from day centre, listening to music, and participating in outings to museums and local beaches.
  • Support with personal care, meal preparation, and financial management.
  • Assist with mobility and wheelchair use, ensuring the individuals' needs are met.
Requirements
  • Full UK/EU driving license essential.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including part-time and full-time options.
  • Previous experience in care or support work is desirable.
