We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our team at Aspire People. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils in our partner schools in the South Staffordshire area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils in a primary school setting.
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery, including small group work and individual support.
- Work closely with teachers to ensure the smooth running of classes and the delivery of the curriculum.
- Support the development of pupils' skills and knowledge in a variety of subjects.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Relevant qualification in child care or a teaching assistant course (Level 2 or Level 3).
- Experience working in a primary school setting.
- Confidence in the curriculum and ability to support teachers in lesson planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
