Cyber Security Project Office Support Analyst

Tilt Recruitment is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Contract Cyber Security Project Office Support Analyst with a company based in the UK.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the company's cyber security and administrative operations, contributing to the overall security and efficiency of the organization.

The role offers the chance to work within a collaborative and supportive team environment, and the opportunity to grow and develop within the cyber security and administration field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the wider cyber security team.
  • Assisting in the coordination and implementation of cybersecurity processes and procedures.
  • Managing the CISO's calendar, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Acting as a liaison between the CISO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the organisation and execution of cybersecurity training programs and events.
  • Supporting the maintenance and update of cyber security documentation and records.
  • Tracking Cyber Security events.
  • Follow up on Cyber Security topics such as crisis findings.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in office administration, preferably within a cybersecurity or IT environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in common office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.
