Job Summary:

Tilt Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cyber Security Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the wider cyber security team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CISO and the cyber security team, including managing the CISO's calendar, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of cybersecurity processes and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between the CISO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support the maintenance and update of cyber security documentation and records.
  • Track Cyber Security events and follow up on Cyber Security topics such as crisis findings.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in office administration, preferably within a cybersecurity or IT environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
