Job Title: SEND Teacher

Leader Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to work at a large SEND School in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have QTS and experience in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment for all learners.

The school caters for children with severe and complex learning needs aged from 3-19 years old. The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 3:30pm, and this is a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with severe and complex learning needs.
  • Strong understanding of SEND education and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A compassionate, patient, and positive attitude.
