Location: Barnsley, Primary Schools

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with various needs in Primary Schools. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting pupils with Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, Specific Learning Difficulties, and Physical Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with various needs in the classroom
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils as needed
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure pupil progress

Requirements:

  • Experience working with pupils with SEND
  • Relevant qualifications and training
  • Valid DBS check and subscription to the DBS Update Service
  • Right to work in the UK
