Senior Pensions Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Pensions Analyst to join our team at Dimensions Specialist Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about their benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting key client relationships and client budgeting
  • Coaching junior members of the team on complex tasks or situations
  • Leading on process improvement for clients and undertaking quality control calculation reviews on the team's work
  • Driving continual improvement around operational effectiveness and client profitability
  • Ensuring errors, omissions and complaints are handled in line with agreed procedures and timescales
  • Presenting periodic reports for clients, regulatory and Trustee boards

Requirements:

  • Experience within the Defined Benefit pension's administration field
  • Understanding of complex pension's administration tasks and calculations
  • Ability to take responsibility for the quality and delivery of your own work, peer review and be someone who is organised and able to prioritise effectively
