About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal costs and be comfortable with figures. Experience in drafting schedules of costs or bills is required for the drafting and negotiation roles, while a keen eye for detail and ability to learn quickly are essential for all positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing schedules and bills of costs, replies to points of dispute, and other documents required during the costs process
  • Negotiating with costs draftspersons and Defendants regarding the settlement of costs
  • Preparing and updating Budgets of costs
  • Liaising with lawyers and costs team members to ensure seamless communication
  • Advising on likely levels of recovery of costs
