Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in helping turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop opportunities from prospecting and marketing-generated leads.
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, email, and other channels with a high attention to detail.
  • Provide high-level product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.
  • Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack, including LinkedIn, email, and call scripts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using up-to-date information on the ESET product set, industry trends, and key competitors.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities.
  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate account managers, educating them as necessary about the opportunity.

Requirements:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) with passes in English and Maths.
  • Tertiary education desirable.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in lead generation and sales development, inside sales, and/or sales.
  • Experience in Information Technology desirable.
  • Experience in the Cyber Security industry would be a strong plus.
  • Experience using or comparable CRM desirable.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of IT, Information Security, and/or Cybersecurity.
  • Understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures would be beneficial.
  • C2 Proficient English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to make cold-calls to prospects.
  • Able to maintain high outbound call volumes.
