Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Job Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in helping turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop opportunities from prospecting and marketing-generated leads.
- Interact with prospects via telephone, email, and other channels with a high attention to detail.
- Provide high-level product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.
- Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack, including LinkedIn, email, and call scripts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using up-to-date information on the ESET product set, industry trends, and key competitors.
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities.
- Disseminate opportunities to appropriate account managers, educating them as necessary about the opportunity.
Requirements:
- GCSE (or equivalent) with passes in English and Maths.
- Tertiary education desirable.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in lead generation and sales development, inside sales, and/or sales.
- Experience in Information Technology desirable.
- Experience in the Cyber Security industry would be a strong plus.
- Experience using or comparable CRM desirable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of IT, Information Security, and/or Cybersecurity.
- Understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures would be beneficial.
- C2 Proficient English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to make cold-calls to prospects.
- Able to maintain high outbound call volumes.
