Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Content Specialist who can translate intricate software functionalities into clear, actionable documentation. This role demands a unique combination of technical writing expertise and video production skills, focusing on the creation of high-quality screencasts and persuasive video content. A proven track record in producing educational and engaging content for related software products is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides for AIPRM.
- Create and edit professional-grade 4K screencasts to visually instruct users on features and updates.
- Refine and enhance existing materials to deliver a cohesive and engaging user education experience.
- Stay informed about new features and updates, ensuring that all documentation and tutorials are current in collaboration with the development team.
- Maintain the highest quality standards across all documentation and video content, consistent with our brand's voice and style.
Qualifications:
Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in technical writing and video production within the software industry.
- Expertise in creating instructional videos, with a portfolio showcasing screencast and video editing capabilities.
- Outstanding command of the English language, both written and verbal, targeting the US market.
- Proficient in understanding and documenting complex software features.
- Agile and proactive in updating content to reflect software changes and enhancements.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote collaborative environment.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in producing instructional technical content, with a portfolio to demonstrate.
- Ability to deliver convincing unscripted one-take videos is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with AIPRM is a plus.
