Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and passionate fitness professional to join the Equinox team as a Fitness Floor Coordinator. This role reports directly to the Personal Trainer Manager and MNR Manager. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and have a knack for motivating others, we would love to explore career opportunities with you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional service to all members through warm greetings and active engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized gym floor to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure all fitness equipment is properly arranged and in its designated area.
- Distribute towels to members as needed.
- Foster professional interactions with members, focusing on building strong relationships to enhance their experience.
- Support members by maintaining a safe environment and assisting them as required.
- Participate in training workshops as needed to enhance skills.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification as a REPS L3 graduate or equivalent.
- Comprehensive understanding of fitness principles and correct exercise techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and effective prioritization skills.
- Proven capability to collaborate within a team and eagerness to learn.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A genuine passion for health and fitness.
