- Assess, design, and support the delivery of end-to-end High-Performance Computing (HPC) solutions to meet customer requirements of all sizes and industries.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of applicable assessment tools to support the architecting, sizing, and configuring of HPC solutions.
- Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and complementary solutions to ensure we are maximizing profitability and providing accurate information to customers.
- Proactively deliver product updates into the HPC pillar and wider Business Solutions and Services on key product information, incentives, and general announcements.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities by converting basic Bill of Material (BoM) requests into comprehensive solutions.
- Continuously develop expertise in key vendors such as HPE, DELL, Cisco, and Aruba, with a focus on deepening knowledge in specific solution areas.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and surrounding service partners.
- Support and manage existing customer technology and software plans.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the technology industry.
- Experience working with server or datacentre solutions is preferred.
- Understanding of enterprise computer hardware, software, and datacentre solutions is preferred.
- Must be organized, adaptable, flexible, and a good team player.
- Ability to plan and manage time effectively.
- Good analytical skills, able to make sense of data and report on it.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement business plans in line with overall company objectives.
