**Facilities Administrator**
My client is a leading provider of tailored and bespoke mechanical & electrical building services engineering maintenance and installations providing a wide range of specialist technical services to a blue-chip client portfolio to include (not limited to) Industrial, Corporate, Commercial & Critical environments.
A Facilities Administrator is required to provide the support function for all the company divisions.
**Overview of key duties and accountabilities (Please Note this is not an exhaustive list)**
- To manage and plan/schedule and dispatch all functions associated with the company motor fleet
- Book hotel accommodation and external meeting rooms for all employees of the company
- Assisting with invoicing & raising of purchase order numbers
- Liaise with Sub-Contractors and associated third parties as required
- Make sure all company certificates and statutory requirements are up to date
- General Admin duties.
- Qualifications, education and/or further training commensurate with the position
- Experienced with invoicing & purchase orders
- Possess excellent IT skills being proficient with the necessary IT packages i.e. Excel.
- £23,000 -£25,000 per annum
- 37.5 hrs per week
- Monday to Friday
- 25 days holiday (plus statutory days) and one extra for your birthday
- Onsite Parking
- Pension Scheme (Contributory)

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
