  • Create solutions that balance technology risks against business delivery, driving consistency.
  • Conduct requirements analysis, security system design, data modeling, and strategic thinking to drive innovation and business process re-engineering.
Requirements:
  • BA FINTECH experience and Fintech Industry Knowledge.
  • Collection & recovery understanding, particularly in areas related to credit and risk management.
  • Process Maps, Customer Journey Mapping, and Risk Management.
  • Reporting and Analysis, Strategic Thinking, Professional Collaboration, and Change and Transformation.
  • Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR), Business Analysis, Digital and Technology, and Functional Designs & Documentation.
  • Process Improvements, Change Management, Risk and Controls, Scrum Software Development, Systems Design, and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA).
