Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with lung cancer and other respiratory conditions
  • Administer medications and complete risk assessments as required
  • Support the medical and specialist teams in devising holistic patient-led plans of care
  • Facilitate timely discharges and provide training to junior staff and students
  • Work collaboratively with allied specialist staff to provide palliative care and support

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing studies
  • GCSE English or equivalent
  • Experience working in Pulmonary Oncology or a related specialty
  • Ability to supervise and support junior staff and students
