About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping and improving our financial processes, managing and motivating our Corporate Finance team, and providing financial information to our Executive Board.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a recognized accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent. You will have excellent management and people skills, with a high standard of written and spoken English and numeracy.

You will be a highly motivated, organized, and professional individual who can demonstrate keen commercial awareness, an understanding of business operations, and role-specific expertise in all aspects of finance and accounting. Advanced level Excel skills and experience using other MS Office applications and general IT skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance – overseeing accounting, tax, and regulatory issues
  • Historic reporting – producing monthly and annual reports for key stakeholders
  • Budgeting and forecasting – monthly, annual, and 5-yearly forecasts of financial and non-financial KPIs
  • Team Management – recruiting, developing, and maintaining a talented Corporate Finance team
  • Process and Systems reviews – recommending, implementing, and monitoring effective internal controls to maintain and improve the recording of financial information throughout the Company
