Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping and improving our financial processes, managing and motivating our Corporate Finance team, and providing financial information to our Executive Board.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a recognized accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent. You will have excellent management and people skills, with a high standard of written and spoken English and numeracy.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Compliance - overseeing accounting, tax, and regulatory issues
- Historic reporting - producing monthly and annual reports for key stakeholders
- Budgeting and forecasting - monthly, annual, and 5-yearly forecasts of financial and non-financial KPIs
- Team Management - recruiting, developing, and maintaining a talented Corporate Finance team
- Process and Systems reviews - recommending, implementing, and monitoring effective internal controls to maintain and improve the recording of financial information throughout the Company
This is a full-time role, based in our Ringwood Head Office, with business hours Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 17:30, and Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
